Common questions
I can't sign in. Black Queen supports Sign in with Apple (iOS) and Google (iOS + Android). If sign-in fails, confirm the device has internet, then try once more. If it still fails, send us the error you see — most sign-in trouble is a stale token that resolves with a fresh attempt.
My stats / achievements aren't syncing. Stats and achievements live on your device first and sync to your account when you're online. If you're seeing different totals on a second device, sign in there with the same Apple or Google account and the next match will reconcile.
I have a promo code. Tap Settings → Redeem promo code and enter the BQ-XXXX-XXXX code you were given. Each code is single-use; if it's already been redeemed by someone else, ask whoever sent it for a fresh one.
How do I delete my account? Three options, in order of speed:
- In-app — Settings → Account → Delete Account. Runs the deletion immediately and signs you out.
- From the web — visit https://blackqueen.app/delete-account. We email you a one-time confirmation link; clicking it runs the deletion immediately. Use this path if you cannot open the app.
- By email — email [verify below to reveal contact email] with the subject line "Delete account" from the address you signed in with. We process email requests manually within 30 days.

Push notifications aren't arriving. Toggle them off and back on under Settings → Notifications in the app, then check that notifications are enabled for Black Queen in your phone's system settings (iOS: Settings → Notifications → Black Queen; Android: Settings → Apps → Black Queen → Notifications).
I want to turn off ads. The free version of Black Queen shows ads between matches. Tap Settings → Account → Remove Ads to make a one-time in-app purchase that disables ads on your account across every device you sign into. The Remove Ads unlock is enabled for Family Sharing on iOS and Family Library on Android — once you buy it, your family group members get the unlock too at no extra cost. If you have a promo code, redeem it via Settings → Redeem promo code for the same ad-free state.
Daily Hand didn't update / my streak reset. The Daily Hand resets at local midnight on your device. If your device clock is set automatically and the streak still reset, send us your sign-in email and the date you played and we'll check the server-side history.
Game Center / Play Games achievements look wrong. Achievements mirror to your platform account on a slight delay (sometimes a minute or two). If a specific achievement is missing after a day, let us know which one and we'll reconcile it.
Reporting a bug
The in-app form (Settings → Report a bug) is the most useful channel — it includes the app version, OS version, and device model automatically, plus the screenshot you attach. If you'd rather use email, please include:
- What you were doing when the issue happened
- What you expected vs. what you saw
- App version (Settings shows it at the bottom)
- Device model and OS version
- Screenshot or short screen recording, if you can
Response time
Black Queen is run by a small studio. We aim to reply within two business days; the usual turnaround is faster. Bug fixes ship in the next TestFlight (iOS) or Play Console (Android) build — typically within a week or two depending on severity.
